Aileen brings over seven years of experience across fund accounting, accounts payable, taxation and financial reporting, most recently completing the TOA Global accelerator program before joining McCallum Partners. Her core strengths are in reconciliations, compliance and producing financial information that people can actually rely on.

She's driven by the idea of contributing to something bigger than the task at hand, knowing her work supports the team and the decisions being made further up the chain. Detail-oriented, dependable and, in her own time, equally happy hiking or getting lost in a good playlist.
