Erin has spent 30 years in accounting, most of them building deep, trusted relationships with a long-standing client base across a wide range of industries. She joined McCallum Partners in 2024, and while the firm was new, the approach wasn't; she and Ian go back to their trainee days.

Her focus is on being the person clients can rely on: someone who takes the time to explain things clearly, handles the compliance without fuss, and genuinely understands what's happening in their business. Clients know they can ask her anything, no judgement, no jargon, just a straight answer.

Away from work, Erin runs. Seriously, she's completed three 50km ultra trail marathons and has signed up for another. That same drive shows up in something she deeply cares about: helping women become financially literate. She believes financial understanding is one of the most powerful tools for independence, and it's something she brings into her work with clients every day.
