With a background in business planning, structuring and advisory, Ian works closely with clients to help them make better decisions, build stronger businesses and achieve results that matter. His day-to-day is a mix of working alongside the team and having direct, practical conversations with clients, often those that require clarity, experience, and a willingness to say what needs to be said.

What drives him is straightforward: he loves seeing a plan come together and knowing it made a real difference for the people involved.

Outside of work, Ian can usually be found on a mountain bike, on the water, or somewhere on a golf course.
