Steph has been with McCallum Partners since 2018 and is one of the longest-standing members of the team. In that time, her role has grown from general administration to full practice management, a position she's shaped as much as she's grown into it.

Her background spans payroll, financial services, SMSF administration and systems implementation. What ties it all together is a genuine instinct for making things work better: cleaner processes, clearer communication and fewer things falling through the cracks.

Day-to-day, Steph keeps the practice running; managing operations, improving systems, supporting the team and making sure clients have someone to turn to when they need something sorted. She takes ownership and follows things through, which is probably why clients have been known to refer to her as "Bulldog", "Wizard Master", and "Wonder Woman". She'd say she's just doing her job. Her clients would disagree.

Away from work, she's kept busy by her kids, a never-ending to-do list, and a weekly game of indoor netball.
